Thai yoga massage combines acupressure, yoga, reflexology, meditation, and Ayurveda. This type of massage does not use oils. A client remains clothed during the treatment and lies on a floor mat. The body is compressed, gently pulled, stretched and rocked.

Thai yoga massage increases blood circulation, relieves pain, strengthens joints, improves athletic performance, and promotes thorough relaxation. It benefits a range of conditions, such as headaches, back pain, shoulder and neck tension, digestive disorders, joint pain, menstruation problems, insomnia, and stress-related conditions.

This ancient healing treatment is over 2,500 years old and was developed by the Buddha's physician. It operates on the principle that the body is filled with air, which moves throughout the body along the pathways, such as tendons, ligaments, nerves, and blood vessels.

Thai yoga massage leaves you with a great sense of peace and well-being.
